About Therese

Therese is naturally a very empathetic, intuitive communicator and firmly believes that a healthy whole body is necessary for our happiness and progression through life. She found herself rearing four very young children on her own, due to a marital breakdown in 1999, and this brought her to a crossroad where she choose to educate herself in the area of health and spirituality. Therese decided that life has to be embraced and even-though at times the challenges were almost overbearing she continued on her path of personal and spiritual development. She firmly believes that everybody is entitled to a rich full life filled with love, peace, joy, contentment and ultimately fulfillment. Therese brings a wealth of credentials to her training programmes. Therese holds a Coaching Diploma in life and business and also a practitioner’s certificate in NLP. She is a member of the LBCAI (Member Life Business Coaching Association of Ireland) has many qualifications in the area of complimentary health: Reflexology, Aromatherapy, Holistic Massage, Indian Head Massage, Reiki and IET, she has also traveled to America to do some training with Anthony Robbins and has taken two separate training programmes with Dr Wayne Dyer along with attending many “I Can Do It” events organised by Hay House. She now facilitates many workshops in stress-management and personal development along with a very successful soul growth group in Cork. Therese is also a master instructor in Integrated Energy Therapy, which uses a very powerful energetic ray of healing to assist in the self-healing process of the client. Her latest programme, Soft and Strong is specifically tailored to helping women feel their inner strength and beauty and to become the best they can be. She has a strong conviction that this training programme can help many women understand themselves fully and to develop the necessary self-esteem and confidence that will allow them to bridge the gap between where they are now and where they would ideally like to be.
